Terms and Conditions for the Conscious Living Program

By entering into this membership program, you confirm that you understand that you are signing up to a New Community where you will part of a group of subscribers and members that actively take part in group coaching sessions.

The Conscious Living Circle is part of the Conscious Leaders Community hosted by Andrea Altier.  You are free to join other Circles by signing up or purchasing access.

The Community is for our mutual support and benefit. It is for us who want to be conscious in our everyday life, in our business, or as corporate leaders.

We value our freedom, authenticity, and our integrity. 

Membership

You enter and leave this membership whenever you want.

The membership gives you access to online material and a community. You are free to choose how much or how little you use the content made available to you and in which pace. You are welcome to join the community group coaching sessions and meetups whenever you want to and you can book individual sessions with me on top of your membership if that feels right for you. Only the person that has registered for this program can attend and use the online material. 

Results

As with any type of coaching, the results will depend on your effort. I will guide and assist you, but I cannot do the work for you. By entering into this program you accept and acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for your own progress. The more you choose to consciously use and actively engage what is available to you, the greater the impact, results and outcome. 

Ambassador

There is a small pool of ambassadors active at any given time in this community. Reach out to [email protected] for detailed terms and conditions for these seats. It will be announced in the community if there are available seats.  

Subscription

This program is a membership program. You will have access to all content of the Conscious Living Circle as long as you have an active paid membership subscription. If you choose to cancel your membership you will no longer have access to the Conscious Living Circle content and community. 

Subscription fee is charged your credit card on a monthly basis.
As a member you will keep your membership subscription price at the entry level for as long as you are member.


Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Program, I do not offer refunds.

Commitment

You have chosen to join my community because you are committed to your own personal development and growth . Your transformation will sometimes happen fast and sometimes not. Because your personal transformation is an ongoing process you decide for how long you want to be a member of the community.

When joining this community you commit to act in a respectful manner sharing good intention and love to other community members. This is a non-judgemental space where I encourage you to practice non-judgement in any interaction. 


Confidentiality

When signing up to join this community you accept to be part of a community where your name will be visible. You will be signed up to my bi-weekly newsletter and receive e-mails as part of my communication with the community. I am compliant with GDPR. 

Recordings

By participating in online group coaching sessions and/or webinars you permit the Andrea Altier to record and sell the lecture that you have participated in as part of this membership. Whilst every effort is made to record all group sessions I cannot guarantee a recording will be available if technical problems or lack of sufficient participation has made this impossible.

Intellectual Property

Members acknowledge that all material viewed and heard as part of this program is strictly the property rights of Andrea Altier. You may save the material on your hard drive and print for personal use, but you may not reproduce or republish the material. Recordings and materials from the online sessions must not be made available to anyone else, members doing so will be excluded from any future sessions without refund.
