Andrea Altier

I help people create flow within themselves, in relationships, and in leadership.

As a coach, therapist and course leader, I am passionate about sharing tools that help you create a life you love. I have gone from developing systems and writing code to working with people, consciousness and leadership.

I use both objective and intuitive tools to shed light on what you know deep down inside. When we are hesitant to trust our intuition, tools such as horoscopes, constellations, or feedback from others can be helpful.

When you connect with your body and feel your heart, your energy, and your power, you open yourself up to taking the steps that you know, deep down, are right for you. I support you in that process.

A professional community for collaboration and openness

Radical Collaboration® is based on an international professional network of certified course instructors who promote collaboration, trust and psychological safety. I am part of this community in Norway and internationally. Together, we work to build more trusting, open and effective teams across organisations.

Tor-Ivar Hals

Tor-Ivar has worked with team and leadership development for over 15 years and is passionate about exploring what goes on behind the scenes in collaboration and leadership.

With a background in IT management and further education in coaching, personal development and relationship skills, he helps leaders and teams to strengthen culture, interaction and psychological safety in the workplace.

RADICAL COLLABORATION CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR

Helene Gelius Skyberg

Helene is a certified Radical Collaboration® course instructor and ORSC-trained relationship coach, focusing on conflict management and relational communication.

 

As a former music producer and experienced brand builder, she combines creativity, structure and insight into human interaction.
