Decision Flow - From Inner Conflict to Clear Direction
Conscious Living & Leadership Newsletter
It has been less than a month since I made a new decision.
I set up an OpenClaw AI-Agent team on a Linux server connected to my Obsidian vault. For me, it has been an incredibly exciting experiment, and I can already see how much clearer and more efficient I can work.
Two weeks ago, I held a workshop at Abilator in Trondheim with Tor Ivar Hals, and once again, I saw how decision quality and confidence increase when we move from opponents to partners.
Why am I telling you this?
Because it reminds me of something important. When we make decisions based on intuition and follow through in practice, something happens. Not always perfect. But often right.
Another reason is that I need support in everything that needs to be built. It is demanding to do it alone, with many choices, a lot of trial and error, and much learning along the way.
The good news for you: I am available for assignments and I am now focusing strongly on decision-flow, for those of you who are in a never ending discussion with yourself or in your organisation.
I help you make decisions with a structured process, so that your choice actually sticks, without a new round afterwards.
It feels good when decisions are rooted in what is true for you.
How do you arrive at what is actually true within you?
I often start with the heart.
But when there is a lot of inner tension, I do this first:
1. Write down everything that worries you.
2. Look at it - black and white paper
3. Ask: _What is this trying to tell me?_
4. Find the pattern.
5. Get rid of the noise (delete the note or throw away the sheet of paper).
The pattern often reveals a point of development, something we are not quite ready to face in ourselves.
When this becomes clear, the answer usually becomes clearer too.
If you try this, feel free to reply to the email and let me know how it went.
If you feel that you are still stuck on an important decision, you can book a session with me. We will use a structured process to help you:
- gain clarity on what is actually at stake
- make a clear decision
- create momentum without going round in circles
What decision are you putting off right now, and what is it costing you to wait?
Warmly,
Andrea
