Years ago, I led a project where progress stopped, not because of a lack of skill but because no one dared admit they were confused, not even me.
The moment I admitted my confusion, I changed how I led. If I do not understand something, I ask because someone else likely has the same questions as I do. This shift unlocked flow, honesty, and true collaboration.
The Human Element® calls this rigidity —a protective behaviour that distorts reality to avoid discomfort. But hiding blocks clarity. Truth and openness build trust.

This is not a theory course. It is a hands-on lab for self-leadership, based on the principles of Radical Collaboration®, The Human Element®, and ORSC. A space for courageous practice, not performance.
