When I make decisions using my heart and intuition, they always turn out right; new paths open up for me, and everything turns out better than I could have ever imagined.
I have always used my thoughts, analysed, and tried to see things from different perspectives, so that I would not overlook anything, and logical decisions should be correct.
They should be right.
But despite my thorough analysis, I often felt an inner unease. A discomfort, an uncertainty. Things were not optimal, but good enough.
Many times, I realised after a while that I had made the wrong choice.
Maybe you have also felt that inner restlessness after making a choice that should have felt right, but didn't?
I think it happens to many.
I have learned over time that it doesn't happen when I use my intuition. I have learned that even though my choices may seem illogical, they always make sense later. One example is how I ended up living by the sea, a long-held dream that suddenly came true because I chose to trust my intuition.
It is a fantastic tool that I want more people to use more actively.
That is why I am now hosting an intuition training as a monthly online event, where you can come and practice using your intuition. It takes practice and confirmation to train your intuition, and sometimes your head gets in the way. Therefore, it can be useful to know what it feels like when your intuition is correct and how it feels when it is wrong, which is likely a head response rather than intuition.
It can be beneficial to learn the difference, as it feels differently in the body.

Mini-Practice, a small intuition exercise for you if you are ready to start practising
With this short exercise, you can start right now. It helps you connect to your body, allowing you to access your intuition with more ease.
- Observe your breath without changing it, just observe
- Relax in your body from your toes to your head
Tell yourself: I am relaxing my toes. My toes are relaxing
Do this with all your body parts to completely relax your entire body - Observe if there are any tensions in your body, without changing anything, just observe.
