My AI team and lack of honesty
Conscious Living & Leadership Newsletter
Since we last spoke, I have got my new AI team up and running. It’s exciting to watch them handle admin tasks in the background while I focus on what I’m truly passionate about: people and the choices we make.
Right now, I’m helping a middle management team bridge the gap between strategy and execution. By mapping their decision flow, we can quickly see where things stop. Even though we are not finished yet, I already see the same pattern I have seen so many times before.
Flow stops when we get stuck in our positions and fail to be open about our underlying needs at the moment a decision is made.
When we don’t dare to address where the shoe actually pinches, we start going in circles. We talk past each other, costs rise, and deliveries fail to materialize. It starts to hurt, but the pattern is difficult to break alone. Often, it’s a mix of external factors like processes, and internal factors like relationships and everything that remains unsaid.
I have developed a diagnostic tool that helps teams see exactly this. It is a mapping process for those who know something must be done, but need help identifying exactly what it is. Feel free to reply to this email if you need such a diagnosis or want an informal chat about what is stopping the flow in your team or your own leadership. I read and reply to everyone.
Warmly,
Andrea
PS: I have launched a podcast! It is about personal decision flow and how to find what is actually true for you. You can listen on Spotify or watch the episode on YouTube if you prefer video.
